HOW TO FOCUS BETTER WHILE STUDYING
1. Make a plan and set precise goals so you know exactly what you need to do
2. Create a distraction-free study space and turn off your phone and other notifications
3. Do a mind dump before studying to get rid of distracting or negative thoughts
4. Make a study ritual with ‘starting cues’ that will let your brain know it is time to start studying and focus
5. Keep resources, notes and study necessities within reach so you don’t have to interrupt a study session to search for something
6. Vary your study methods and the topics that you are studying to keep your brain engaged
